Safer Business Network welcomed Ian Dyson, Lisa Baskott, Helen Clayton and Phillipe Giovanni Chiarella to its board as new members.

Following his 38-year career in policing (the last six as Commissioner of the City of London police) Ian now works as an advisor, sharing his expertise with a number of companies in the crime, tech & security sectors.
Named as one of 100 most influential businesswomen in the UK, Lisa is CEO of 2nd Line of Defence, the UK’s first female-focused recruitment agency in the private security sector. She is a serving Magistrate and contributes to a range of inclusion and diversity work.
Helen is the Head of Crime & Security at Sainsburys, developing and delivering risk mitigation that monitors and responds to risks that may impact on the business. As part of the role, she collaborates with a range of national organisations whilst sitting on the National Retail Crime Steering Group at the Home office led by the Minister for Crime & Policing.
With over 15 years’ experience working in the night-time economy, Phillipe is the Chief Executive of First Entertainment which owns and operates bars and has a strong LGBTQ+ promotions arm. He has a history of developing and delivering policies which have later been regarded as best practice in this field, including during his time at Safer Business Network.
