Free CPR & AED training offered by FGH Security

FGH Security & FGH Training offered free one hour CPR & AED training on Monday, 20th February, 2023 in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bolton, Preston, and Lancaster.
Qualified FGH First Aid Trainers gave the training at the workshops for anyone wanting to learn vital life saving skills in just one hour. The workshops included Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) trainings.
FGH Security & FGH Training are on a mission to upskill 500 people with lifesaving skills since 80% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen at home. This one-hour workshop provided the participants a practical understanding of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and using a defibrillator, equipping them with the ability to respond to a cardiac emergence with confidence and skill.
