Polaris to recruit more female CPOs

Polaris, a specialist security and investigations provider, recently announced they will be seeking female CP licence holders for a number of projects along with the announcement of two key appointments, Lisa Hempstead and Andy Joseph.

Lisa Hempstead will be heading up the Female Recruitment and Projects Team. She will be leading on recruitment and welfare for the female contingent of practitioners and students throughout training and operational deployments.

Under the leadership of Lisa, Polaris will be looking to recruit more women due to underrepresentation in the sector as well as some legitimate cultural sensibilities.

Now actively leading on the dedicated recruitment of Female CP licence holders for a number of projects, Lisa Hempstead has been a part of Polaris’ training team for a number of months.

Lisa has years of Police experience in Counter Terrorism as well as a plethora of commercial projects for some of the sectors leading companies as well as her own impressive client list.

In addition to Lisa, Andy Joseph BSc (Hons) has joined Polaris as overall Training Team Lead for all the current and new Close Protection Group Courses – CP, Protection Driving packages, AZTEC (CRT), SOBAS (Security Operations Behavioural Analysis), RPO, CP Silver and Bronze TL Packages.

Andy has market leading experience in both the RMP CPU and commercial operations.
