The video shows the moment four masked suspects attempted to steal a car in Essex. My Local Bobby patrol officers disturbed the gang, who then ran off. The Suspects were subsequently pursued. My Local Bobby officers ended up in a violent struggle with one of the suspects, who managed to escape.
