Corps Security announced, on 12 April, that they have improved their Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay policies in support of employees who are looking to start or grow their family.
According to the updated policies, Corps Security has increased the value of all three benefits with immediate effect, for employees who have completed 2 years of continuous service with the company.
Corps Security said in their announcement: “The changes form part of our commitment to ‘doing the right thing’ by our colleagues.
“It also addresses the gender balance, ensures both parents have additional support on the arrival of a new family member, and we hope it will encourage more women into the security industry, who feel supported to stay in their roles as they grow their family.”
Corps Security, which is among top 10 UK companies in the regulated security sector, stated they are proud of their high staff retention, “with long service awards now becoming the norm”.
They stated: “We hope as we continue to make updates to our policies and benefits, we will continue to see our staff turnover fall, and all colleagues feeling supported in all areas of their lives.”
